The book has twelve chapters focusing on moments that shaped the twentieth century, including the battles of Verdun, Stalingrad and Okinawa.
Our focus, like the podcast, was to do a deep dive into the details (but with fewer tangents!) to explore how these events really had an impact and which actions and decisions dictated the final outcome.
